Edward Anthony Podlesak, 88, of Brookfield, died on July 14, 2026. He was the son of the late George Podlesak and Blanche Podlesak (nee Talafous); and the cousin of Anton (Anna) Vanek, John Krask and Bernadine Kimbark.
A graveside service took place on July 21, 2026, at 9 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery, 7750 Cermak Road in Forest Park. Burial was immediately followed by a service. A Celebration of Edward’s Life will be held at LaGrange Bible Church at a later date.
