Lois T. Kolumbar (nee Krejci), 64, of Brookfield, formerly of Cicero, died on July 7, 2026 after a courageous battle with ALS. Born on April 23, 1962, she was the wife of Karl Kolumbar; the mother of Richard Jocius and Kelly (Moises) Proctor; the grandmother of Angelina Jocius and Krystal Romero; the sister of Glenn (Debbie) Krejci, Donna (Richard) Mazur and Carol Chirifisi; and the aunt of Sarah (Tony) Dusek, Amy (Mike) Bills and Joe (Amy) Krejci.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations to the ALS Association in her honor. Cremation private.
