Riverside-Brookfield High School senior Elise Wojack has been named a finalist in the 2019 National Merit Scholarship Program, putting her in a position to qualify for a Merit Scholarship.
About 1.6 million students across the country entered the 2019 competition by taking the 2017 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. About 15,000 of those competitors, including Wojack, have been recognized as finalists for their exceptional academic promise.
National Merit Scholarship awards will be announced this spring. About half of the finalists will win a scholarship.
