Jesse J. Rocha, 97, of Bartlett and formerly of Brookfield, died July 6, 2020. 

Mr. Rocha was born Dec. 26, 1922 in Chicago to the late Manuel and the late Virginia (nee Herrera) Rocha.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a retired reservations supervisor for TWA Airlines. Mr. Rocha also enjoyed traveling, woodworking and model trains.   

Mr. Rocha was the husband of the late Rosina (nee Krinner); the father of Joseph (Lois) Rocha and Eric Rocha; the grandfather of Joseph C. (Diane) Rocha, Christine Rocha, Karen (Sam) Babich, Mike (Ann) Rocha, Daniel Rocha and Eric (Becky) Rocha; step-grandfather of Michael (Jami) Bayes and Steven (Renee) Bayes; the great-grandfather of Joseph Pepper, Brennan (Sarah) Loptien, Christopher Rocha, David Rocha, Jessica Rocha, Samuel Rocha, Mary Rocha, Caleb Rocha and step great-grandpa of Rachel (Robert) Lawrance and Kristina (Travis) Pfeifer; the great-great-grandpa of four; and great-great-great-grandpa of one. 

Services have been held. Entombment was at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Christ the King Garden Mausoleum, in Hillside.
