Anderson Music Studio, Riverside’s premier destination for music lessons, is pleased to announce the launch of our Suzuki cello and piano programs.
Expanding upon our well-established violin program of 35 students, we’ve welcomed the talented Ms. Yu-Hsuan “Kimi” Lee to bring these new instruments to our repertoire. Ms. Kimi is an accomplished performer on both cello and piano, and she’s joining the Anderson Music faculty to bring the joy of music to a new group of families.
“I am overjoyed to finally be expanding our programming beyond violin,” said Nissa Anderson, founder and director of Anderson Music. “It’s been in the works for months and we finally found a great fit in Ms. Kimi.”
This is a big step for Anderson Music, which has been delivering top-tier music education since 2018. The school found a new home at Ascension Lutheran Church in Riverside in 2020 and has been steadily growing ever since.
Anderson Music employs the Suzuki method, a highly respected approach to music education. The method is based on the idea that all children have innate ability to learn as long as they are exposed to high quality music performance. These new programs will adhere to this philosophy, collaborating with parents to offer a nurturing environment to support our budding musicians.
