Gregory James Las Cola, 74, Vietnam Marine veteran, died on May 16, 2025. A tool & die worker, James was the husband of Patricia Kay Las Cola (nee Petersen); the father of Kimberly (Eric) Joss and Lorraine Psenicka; the grandfather of Breighana (fiancé Joe Lemon) Joss, Christopher (Samantha) Psenicka Jr., Carissa (Noah) Carpenter, Cassandra Psenicka, and Connor Psenicka; brother of Donald Las Cola, the late Charlotte Albert, Glenn Las Cola and Claudette Pasieta; and the uncle of many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, 500 E. 31st St., La Grange Park, IL 60526, followed by interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, at 2:30 p.m.
